The Festival of Catholic Education was held from July 28-30 2015 within the Cathedral of St Stephen grounds, as part of the larger Catholic Education Week.
This year’s theme was “Engaging Minds, Igniting Hearts, Serving Others”.
Over 400 students from a range of colleges and primary schools across the Archdiocese participated over each of the Festival days.
The overarching event of Catholic Education Week is an opportunity to celebrate the distinctive educational ethos of Catholic schools and share the great things they are doing with their local communities.
All Catholic schools aim to provide an educational experience through which every young person has the opportunity to reach their full potential – spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally, culturally and physically.
