On ANZAC day, above all days, we remember and pay homage to the Australian men and women who died or suffered in the great tragedy of war. We remember not only the original ANZACs, but all who fought for our country.
The ANZAC Day Mass has been held for many years and features the participation of many war veterans and their families. As these numbers decrease, we wish to keep the celebration alive as we give thanks for the dedication and selflessness of so many who have given their lives in service to our country.
Veterans and their families, as well as all current serving defence personnel and their families are warmly invited to the Mass, at which Archbishop Mark Coleridge will preside.
Those who are attending the ANZAC civic commemoration should comfortably be able to attend this Mass first and then proceed onto the march.
