Hi! Recently, I’ve heard many people talk about having brain fog and feeling confused about what’s important in life. This confusion, they say, makes it hard to focus and decision make. While personal issues like personality, and mental and physical health are implicated here, I think social issues also play a big part. In the lead up to Easter during the next five weeks of Lent we’ll listen to stories of Jesus and hear from some Centacare and Archdiocesan staff about how we can deal with these confusing social issues. I hope that journeying through Lent and paying attention to Gospel and other people’s stories, we’ll be able to clear the clutter for clarity. We’ll see what’s truly important, not just what society tells us is important. We’ll be rewarded with a greater sense of purpose and see ourselves and others as loved, beloved. I invite you on the journey.
