St Stephen’s comes alive this Christmas
Gather on the lawn at St Stephen’s Cathedral, in the heart of Brisbane, to celebrate the joy of Christmas with an extraordinary sound and light projection show. The Lights of Christmas is a free event open to the public that will delight families with music, food and childrens’ activities every evening from Wednesday 11 December through until Christmas Eve.
All ages will enjoy a beautiful digitally animated tale that celebrates the true spirit of Christmas and illuminates the walls of the historic Cathedral. A kaleidoscope of moving colour will transform the adjacent chapel.
Where: Cathedral of St Stephen, 249 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane
When: 11 – 24 December
Time: Carols commence at 6:30PM and the light show begins at 7pm (runs every 12 minutes).
Each night will feature special events and choirs, visit the Archdiocese of Brisbane’s facebook page to RSVP and check the nightly schedule.
